RETURN POLICY

1. Aiming for comfort and enjoying the best service, as well as always prioritizing the interests of the buyer. TAVI applies a specific return policy as follows:
- Products with manufacturer defects (within 2 weeks)
- Products damaged during transportation
- Products with incorrect designs compared to the order
- Products that have expired

2. Product conditions when returning goods:
- The returned product must be the same as the product you purchased at TAVI (identified by invoice or purchase phone number).
- The product has not been used, the packaging and labels are intact (With subjective errors from the buyer).
- The product is notified for return within 24 hours from the time of purchase at the shop or for shipping orders, from the time of receipt of the goods.

Monday to Friday: 8AM to 5PM
Saturday: 8AM to 11AM
Sunday: Dayoff
